NIV Bible App + app good for
This bible is with me every day. I use it not only Sunday mornings to follow the sermons and takes notes, but to assist in leading our small group, keep prayer notes, cross-references verses and commentaries, and maintain daily reading plans... And all of those important readings cross reference each other when this tool is used to only a modicum of its capability; giving such increased depth to the practical application of Gods Word on a daily basis that makes keeping His Word before me each day easy and intuitive.

Great design. I can get where I want or find what Im looking for right away.
Love the user interface and ability to hilight. Would like chrono reading plan that is more flexible than the arbitrary 1-yr plan so I can read just 1chapter some days. Would like Greek version that gives definition when I press a word.
Constant improvements are being done on top of that. I love the access to commentaries and resources.
Favourite features:
1. Click and lookup resources, including maps and references in dictionaries and commentaries.
2. Large access to the best commentaries out there at usually a lower cost than buying the paper ones which would be totally impractical. Nothing beats being able to carry those commentaries wherever you go.
Only issues Ive seen, but not a big deal to me.
- Occasional crashes
- Sometimes, the highlight go out of wack and highlight words, not whole verse. But I only had that happen at one point. It just didnt fix itself up later on. So my Ephesians looks wacky.
I use this app daily .....and for my Bible studies every week, its a wonderful app that allows such quick access to different parts of the Bible.

Great app! I love the variety of books which can be purchased. I also like the fact that you can use this app across all my devices.
Some bad moments
Im just wondering why some words are different from other NIV version. If the same version it should be totally the same right? I encountered some verses that if you compare with other bible of the same version some words are different.
I just upgraded as recommended. What a disappointing upgrade. Never release to market that which has not been tested thoroughly first! Too many glitches to mention here. Now have to go back to book format.
Running very slow on my iPad and comes up distorted and keeps flipping off and on. It is very frustrating to use. A year ago it was fantastic and I was a great fan. Now I am back to Logos.
Please restore the classic "Book View" which version 5 had and I will revise my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. Thanks in advance.

Im sure you know that NIV Bible was published by Zondervan but is now owned by Harper Collins, who also published the SATANIC BIBLE.
The NIV Bible has now removed 64,575 words from the Bible including Jehovah, Calvary, Holy Ghost and Omnipotent to mention but a few.
The NIV Bible has also now remove 45 complete verses. Most of us have the Bible on our devices and phones. Try and find these Scriptures in NIV Bible on your computers, phones or any other device right now if you are in doubt.

Mark 7:16, 9:44, 9:46;
Luke 17:36, 23:17; John 5:4;
Acts 8:37......
You will not believe your eyes. Refuse to be blinded by satan and do not act like you just dont care.
Lets not forget what the Lord Jesus said in John 10:10 (KJV). "The thief (referring to Satan) comes but to kill, to steal and to destroy...)
SOLUTION:
If you must use the NIV Bible, BUY AND KEEP AN EARLIER VERSION of the Bible.
A hard copy cannot be updated. All these changes occur when they ask you to update the App on your phone or laptop, etc.
There is a crusade geared towards altering the Bible as we know it. NIV and many more versions are affected. by Robyn Lewis
