Rich Interactive Experience

I love the interactive richness offered in this release of the app. So easy to dive deep--display reference verses, look up notes, etc. Great job.

An additional change Id like to see would be a back button so I can quickly (with one step) return to the main text/chapter of study without going to History to find where I started.
